Needle Hunt is a first-person farm game about a single needle hidden in a mountain of straw. Pull the pile apart by hand, with a rake, an industrial vacuum or a stick of dynamite — on your own, or with friends digging into the very same haystack.

One needle. A whole farm of straw.

Somewhere in the hay there is a needle, and the only way to it is through the straw. Every straw in the pile is a real object: grab one and the mountain settles, blow a hole in it and the whole hillside comes down. There is no map marker, no glowing arrow — just you, the pile, and the glint you might catch out of the corner of your eye.

Straw is also money. Carry an armful to the selling pile, turn it into cash, and spend it on a bigger grip, a wider rake, a stronger motor, a louder bomb — or a farm dog that fetches straw while you keep digging. The deeper into the farm you get, the faster the hay comes apart.

And when somebody finally pulls the needle out of the hay, the hunt ends for everyone — the farm stops, the scores go up, and the whole thing starts over on a fresh pile.

What makes a hunt

The same haystack, not a copy of it

Haystacks are shared. When another player pulls straw out of a pile, you watch that pile shrink — and the needle is in the same spot for all of you. Being first matters.

Hand, rake, vacuum, dynamite

You start with bare hands and work your way up to a rake, an industrial vacuum and dynamite. Each one has its own upgrade line: more per grab, less waiting, a bigger blast, a deeper tank.

A dog that earns its keep

Buy a dog at the shop and it heads for the haystack on its own, carries straw to the selling pile, sells it for you and then curls up for a nap nearby.

A lobby worth standing around in

An island with solo, two and three-player room pads, scoreboards for the top straw collectors and earners, chat, a beach ball to kick about, and private rooms you open with a code for friends.

One farm, one sky

Time of day, clouds and rain come from the server: when it rains, it rains for everyone on that farm. Lamps light up at dusk, the sun comes up on the same morning for all of you.

How a hunt goes

Meet in the lobby

Pick your character, walk onto a room pad — solo, two or three players — and wait for it to fill.

Dig the hay

Tear into the haystacks with whatever you have on you. Ten straws in your arms is a full load.

Sell and upgrade

Turn straw into money at the selling pile, then pour it into tools, a better price, or a dog.

Find the needle

Something glints in the straw. Grab it first and the hunt is yours — the farm stops for everybody.

Questions

Can I play it with friends?

Yes. From the lobby you can take a two or three-player room, or open a private room and share the code. Everyone digs the same haystacks and races for the same needle.

Is there controller support?

Yes — Xbox, DualShock and DualSense controllers work everywhere in the game, wired or over Bluetooth, and the on-screen prompts match the pad in your hands.

What languages does the game speak?

English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Japanese and Chinese.

Do I need to be online?

Yes. Needle Hunt is an online game — the farm, the haystacks, the money and the needle all live on the server, which is also what keeps the scoreboards honest.
